About Us
Oquma is the work of Prieco S.A. (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Oquma came from a vision to merge virtual space with professional interaction and standard compliance, parts of a management system. Now, Oquma is beginning to grow as the biggest standard compliance community.
We are strong SaaS supporters. We think Document Management will guide SaaS adoption, as a simple way to adopt current state of the art technology. Our mission is to provide a complete line of products with high quality of service.
Both initiatives are under our vision to provide a full standard compliance ecosystem.

Aníbal H. Sánchez
CEO & Founder
Internet entrepreneur, Anibal coordinated Clarín Digital (1996), founded in 1999 I-Solution for e-commerce projects. Then he developed the corporate software company Gevenue Bussiness Process Management widely available to USA, Mexico, Central and Latin America. Anibal is a graduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
Anibal develops a method for incorporating new technologies, interpreting the changes as an evolution and applying them, with a quality and efficiency criteria, in products and services. In recent years, he works with companies in the challenge of moving to the cloud. He has a proven track record of working systems on the Internet. He provides the expertise from business strategy to regular operation.
Andrea V. Gentil
Director & Founder
Expert on international standards, she has an extensive career in the petrochemical industry (Eg3, Mobil Oil and Petrobras). Andrea is a graduate degree in Chemical Science and a specialist in Industrial Health and Safety of the University of Buenos Aires.
Andrea has developed in a way to work with quality and continuous improvement, through international standards, certifications, best practices and process management. She has a deep knowledge of web technology for ISO 9001 for Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environment / EMAS, among others. Currently, she promotes the development of social networks to spread knowledge and support systems for community management of compliance, accounting, and technology.
